We Are The Future In Tech : inspiring young girls to take up careers in science and technology

We Are The Future In Tech is an initiative by 2050NOW La Maison dedicated to promoting women leaders in tech and science. In a context where women are still under-represented in these fields, our ambition is clear: to open up new perspectives and help build a more inclusive future.

We are convinced that science and diversity are essential conditions for innovation and progress. That’s why, on the occasion of the Semaine du Numérique et des Sciences Informatiques (NSI), we’re organizing a morning of exchanges on December 9, 2025, at the Groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien headquarters.

This event will bring together middle and high school girls with women leaders from the tech and science sectors.

Our objectives:

• Promote inspiring and accessible women’s careers.
• Encourage vocations by breaking down stereotypes.
• Make a plea for the retention of scientific subjects in school curricula.
• Create links between generations.
